Amounts of admission and membership fees are as follows:

Membership fee The annual membership fee is calculated by the following formula:
Operating revenue from investment management business ~ prescribed coefficient (Note2)

Subject to the following exceptions:
  - Ceiling (upper limit)
    8,000,000 yen if the calculated amount exceeds 8,000,000 yen
  - Bottom (lower limit)
    400,000 yen if the calculated amount falls below 400,000 yen


Firms engaging in investment advisory, agency, and/or intermediary business

(Note1) Rules for firms engaging in investment management business apply to those conducting both investment management business and investment advisory and agency business, and rules for firms engaging in investment advisory business apply to those conducting both investment advisory and investment agency/intermediary business.
(Note2) The prescribed coefficient is determined by the Board of Directors based on the draft budget for each business year, within a range of plus/minus 30% deviation from the base value of 0.25% (i.e., 0.175% to 0.325%).
(Note3) Firms engaging in investment advisory and agency/intermediary business are subject to special measures with regard to membership fees, such as an option to pay in installments and a possible reduction in the amount.
