Rules for firms engaging in investment management business apply
to those conducting both investment management business and investment
advisory and agency business, and rules for firms engaging in investment
advisory business apply to those conducting both investment advisory
and investment agency/intermediary business. |

The prescribed coefficient is determined by the Board of Directors
based on the draft budget for each business year, within a range
of plus/minus 30% deviation from the base value of 0.25% (i.e.,
0.175% to 0.325%). |

Firms engaging in investment advisory and agency/intermediary
business are subject to special measures with regard to membership
fees, such as an option to pay in installments and a possible reduction
in the amount. |
